Phenolic Wheels are made from phenolic resin, offering excellent load-carrying capacity, high shock resistance, and non-marking properties.

These are ideal for dry heat applications like bakeries and powder coating, offering exceptional resistance to oils, grease, and chemicals.

PHENOLIC WHEELS

  • Floor Protective:Non-marking.
  • Excellent load Carrying:Characteristics.
  • Highly Shock Resistant.
  • Usable Temperature:Continuous operating temperatures from -65° F to +250° F and intermittent duty to 300° F. See special purpose. Textile wheels for temperatures exceeding these limits.
  • Seals:All wheels that have 1-3/16” bore and either a 1-5/8” or 2-3/16” hub length equipped with 3/4” straight roller bearing have as a standard feature nylon seal retaining/thrust washers which add 3/16” to hub length and are supplied with 1/2” I.D. hardened spanner bushing.
  • High Temperature Phenolic Wheels (TR):Use the same resin as standard Texite Wheel, but substituted with material that will take higher heat. Material reddish brown. Temperature range: + 475° F. (Intermittent to + 525° F ). Applications include baking ovens, curing ovens and autoclaves.
  • High-Temp Phenolic - HT:Capacity: Up to 2600 lbs. Phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas made for high temperature applications best suited for dry heat (powder coating, bakeries, etc). Exceptional resistance to oil, grease, and most acids, chemicals and cleaning solutions. Hard tread rolls exceptionally easy; not recommended for rough surfaces. Durometer: 95 Shore D +/-5. Temperature range: -40°F to +475°F. continuous, 550°F intermittent.
